Booking & Pricing
How far in advance should I book?
What is the base price to rent the mobile bar?
Our base rental price is $2,500. Please see add-ons for additional rental items for your event. Holiday rentals start at $2,750. Contact us for tailgate pricing.
How long is the rental period?
The bar is delivered at least one hour before your event, though we often arrive several hours earlier depending on the setup. A typical event rental includes four hours of service. Additional time can be added for an hourly bartender fee.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required when the contract is signed. Your date is not reserved until the signed contract and deposit are received.
When is final payment due?
The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. Your rental agreement will include all specific terms, including cancellation terms.
Bar Services
What’s included with the mobile bar rental?
The rental includes full bar setup at your location, installation of customer-provided kegs, wine bottles, and liquor bottles as needed, one bartender for up to four hours, plus tables, chairs, and a tent. Additional time can be added for an extra fee.
Do you provide bartenders?
Yes. The standard rental includes one bartender for your event. Additional bartenders and staffing options are available based on your event size and service needs.
What size kegs will the mobile bar support?
The bar has three taps available, including one that can be used for Guinness or pre-mixed cocktail kegs. We can accommodate up to three sixtels (1/6 barrel kegs). A 1/6 barrel is 5.2 gallons, or approximately 41 pints or 55 twelve-ounce servings.
When should I order and prepare kegs?
We recommend ordering your kegs at least one week in advance. Kegs should be kept on ice and allowed to settle for a full day or overnight before your event to avoid pouring issues. On the day of your event, we will tap the kegs accordingly.
Why do you need to know what beer or kegs we will be serving?
Different keg types require different couplers to connect to the taps. Most U.S. domestic beers use one standard connection, while European beers like Guinness and Murphy’s use another. Some Miller/Coors half-barrel kegs are also slightly wider and may not fit properly in the kegerator, so we typically do not recommend those.
Can the bar serve more than cocktails?
Yes. The bar can serve mocktails, specialty drinks, and other beverage options depending on your event. The interior is designed for a curated selection rather than a full open bar. If you need a full bar setup, we can work with you to add an external bar.
Set-up & Space
What space is required for the mobile bar?
The setup area must be a flat surface measuring approximately 29 feet long by 8 feet 6 inches wide by 13 feet high. The bar must be placed on concrete, asphalt, or gravel; we do not park on grass. We will review access, including low-hanging wires or branches, ahead of time.
What are the dimensions of the mobile bar?
The exterior is approximately 20 feet long and 8.5 feet wide. The interior is about 17 feet long and 7.5 feet wide. We also require additional clearance around the bar for safe delivery, parking, and setup.
How many people can fit inside the bar?
The bar comfortably accommodates approximately 15 guests inside at one time.
Do you need access to power? Is the bar climate controlled?
The bar has its own power system, which runs for several hours. Depending on your event duration and setup, our propane generator may be utilized. The bar is heated and air-conditioned.
How long does setup and breakdown take?
Plan for approximately two hours for delivery and setup, and up to one hour for pickup the next day.
Logistics
How far do you travel?
The base rental includes delivery within a 30-mile radius of Montgomery Township (08558). Travel beyond that is $10 per mile, up to a maximum of 40 miles, at our discretion.
How early do you arrive before the event?
We arrive at least two hours before your event or earlier if your setup requires additional time.
What happens if the weather changes?
The bar is fully enclosed, heated, and air-conditioned. The rental includes a 10×10 tent for guests to gather under. A 20×20 tent is also available as an optional add-on.
Why is a walkthrough of the bar performed?
Upon arrival, we will walk the client through the bar to confirm its condition prior to the event. This ensures everything is documented and helps avoid confusion regarding damage after the event.
What kind of access is required for delivery?
The delivery location must have a clear path wide enough for the mobile bar, free of low-hanging wires, tight turns, or obstacles. If access is limited, please discuss the setup location with us ahead of time.
What should be ready before the bar arrives?
The setup area should be cleared and ready for delivery prior to our arrival. All alcohol and beverages should be on-site and accessible so we can complete setup efficiently.
